2024 season from 1st April to 31st October

The fees for 2024 season will be £1700.00 inc VAT in one payment on or before 1st April 2024 This subscription will include the use of the caravan as a holiday residence only between the dates above for the caravan owner and his household. We do make exceptions for grand parents looking after children, childrens friends etc. but we expect the caravan owners to keep these to a reasonable amount as they would in their own home.
